Wesco Electrical Ltd have a great opportunity for an individual with the ability to deliver excellent customer service to join our Drogheda branch in the role of Trade Counter/Internal Sales. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with our customers, responding to enquiries and processing customer orders.
Main role responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Deliver excellent and knowledgeable support and advice to all customers
- Business development with new and existing customers
- Support the branch manager with the daily running of the store
- Process telephone queries and emails
- Sales order invoicing
- Ensuring customers receive excellent customer service
- Ensure the company’s standards are delivered
- Liaise with suppliers where required
Candidate profile:
- Proven track record in the electrical wholesale business
- Ability to communicate and build rapport with customers
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Ability to prioritise work
- Customer focused
- Knowledge of Microsoft Applications
- A proven track record in delivering excellent service
- Dealing with suppliers and ordering stock
- Continually update and develop personal knowledge.
- Operations of tills and cash management
- Flexible to work Monday to Saturday lunchtime and overtime as required
