Demesne Electrical – External Salesperson for Munster Area

Since January 2022 Demesne became part of the OEM group, OEM are an automation specialist in the areas of Electrical, Pressure & Flow, Pumps, Motors & Machinery Components and in addition to the core Demesne business we plan to also develop sales of these products within our portfolio.

External Salesperson / Munster

Primary Job Function:

Sell the Demesne product range in the territory/market area you are responsible for and as set out by Demesne while delivering the target set by management and agreed with you.

Key Results Areas (K.R.A.’s):

  1. Product Knowledge
    Become efficient and comfortable with selling the ever-expanding range of Demesne products, and be available to take part in ongoing training of our products.
  2. Product Sales
    Source potential sales opportunities for Demesne products in the territory/market area that you are responsible for and follow up on those opportunities to convert as many as possible into actual sales.
  3. Additional Sales Roles.
    Carry out additional sales roles as defined by the Regional Sales Manager and pass on any Sales Leads to the relevant branch/market area.
    Attend sales meetings as set out my Demesne management.
    Follow the sales strategy as set out by Demesne and agreed in advance with you.

Key Skills

  • Experience with selling similar product range is essential.
  • Good Organisational and Time Management Skills.
  • Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
  • CRM & Reporting is an essential part of this role.
