Unitrunk Ltd is a leading manufacturer of steel cable management systems with distribution centres throughout the UK and Ireland. We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic Dublin team.
Location: Dublin
Salary: €35,000 – €40,000, DOE
Hours of Work: Mon to Thu 08:00 to 17:00, Fri 08:00 to 13:00 (39 hours per week)
Contract: Permanent, Full time, Office based.
Customer Service Representative – The Role
Working as part of a busy customer service team, you will be required to provide excellent customer service to all customers, including:
- Receiving & placing customer orders
- Handling customer complaints coordination & resolution
- Processing returns in line with company policy
- Logging, investigating and resolving debit notes raised by customers
- Liaising with customers to ensure excellent customer service
- Liaise with appropriate internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Updating schedules
- Progress chasing
- Highlight any concerns regarding customer care to the Operations Manager
Customer Service Representative – The Candidate
The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is highly motivated and driven.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience
- Previous customer service experience
- Purchase order processing and purchasing invoicing experience
- Stock Control knowledge
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Positive manner with ability to build customer intimacy
- Knowledge of ERP systems
