The result is a comprehensive range of charging stations, developed to meet the demand of the entire market from small domestic settings through to all scales of commercial installation and rapid motorway locations. Safety & compliance at the forefront GARO takes it responsibility for safety and compliance with standards extremely seriously and for that reason they have now developed two distinct types of Electric Vehicle charger to satisfy IS10101 in Ireland, and to satisfy the IET BSI 18th Edition in the UK and Northern Ireland. The market requirements are quite different, and the correct product should be chosen for the individual market. ‒ GARO Electric is one of Irelands main EV Charging providers and part of the long-established GARO Group. GARO is a member of the IEC committee for Electric Vehicle chargers, and this ensures that GARO is always up to date with international standards, local requirements and national divergence. GARO chargers are also third party tested and approved. This means that GARO chargers are tested in an independent international laboratory to ensure that they meet all relevant standards. Continual product development to the highest standards Product development is a key area for GARO. The current range of AC chargers are being refreshed with new features. The range of DC chargers is also being strengthened with the addition of a new 24KW and a new 50KW chargers. These products also have third party certi cation to ensure that they are manufactured to the highest standard and meet all international charging standards. These new DC models have been constructed to minimize periodic maintenance and to facilitate ease of installation. This ensures that the cost of ownership of GARO chargers is signi cantly reduced over the life of the product.
