Throughout the day, the Hager team was able to get to know the graduates, to talk about the business and to explore key industry trends, including energy efficiency, smart building technologies and sustainability. Learning from industry experts The event also gave graduates the opportunity to hear directly from experienced industry professionals. Open discussions throughout the day covered career development, industry challenges and the skills that will become increasingly important as the electrical sector continues to evolve. Hager Ireland welcomed participants from the EWL Edmundson Graduate Programme for a day of learning, collaboration and hands-on experience, providing valuable insight into the technologies, people and opportunities shaping today's electrical industry. Turning knowledge into solutions A key highlight of the day was an interactive workshop where graduates worked in teams to develop and present sales arguments for a range of Hager solutions. The exercise encouraged participants to focus not only on product features, but also on the value these solutions can deliver to customers and projects. By applying their product knowledge to real-life scenarios, graduates gained practical experience while building confidence in presenting solutions.
