What began as a commitment to support colleagues in need has grown into a trusted pillar of compassion within Ireland’s electrical community. Over the 25 years IEBA has provided confidential financial assistance to those in need, and their families, during some of the most difficult periods of their lives. All sectors of the industry are included, be it retail, distribution, contracting or wholesaling. From supporting families affected by serious illness or workplace accidents to helping ease financial strain during unforeseen crises, IEBA has made donations of more than €2Million. Behind every grant approved is a story — a household regaining stability, a family given breathing space, a worker able to focus on recovery rather than mounting bills. IEBA’s approach is practical, measured and responsible. The level of assistance required is carefully assessed and paid directly towards essential expenses, ensuring that support delivers immediate and tangible relief. But IEBA’s story is not only one of hardship — it is one of solidarity. Over the years, fundraising events across the country have brought together retailers, contractors, distributors and wholesalers in a shared spirit of community.
