INTERNAL SALES POSITION Edmundson Electrical Dublin is currently seeking a sales and service orientated individual to join the internal sales team of this rapidly expanding business Duties: • Taking and dealing with incoming calls & customer queries • Taking and managing orders from quotation through to completion • Proactivity contacting our customer database • Serving at our trade counter • The ability to develop customer relationships and manage customer accounts. • Maintaining our high level of customer service • The willingness to go the extra mile to ensure the customer is always happy • Skills/experience: Proven Sales track record. Excellent presentation skills, written and spoken English.
