Other brands include Instantor ® , Tucson ® & Eirline ® Exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join an experienced and expanding sales department. A full induction and product training programme will allow the successful candidate to excel in the role. Position Description: • Answering inbound telephone calls and queries • Dealing efficiently with customers at the trade counter • Providing product and service information; resolving product and service queries • Processing and entry of sales orders onto Intact system in a timely, accurate manner and generating pick slips and invoices • Completion of other sales and administrative tasks relating to the sale and distribution of products to our customer base • Making and follow up on quotes, convert to sales • Source and manage leads from internal and external sources • Build relationships and trust with customers, be a key part of their buying decisions • Promote Sanbra Fyffe’s & Elemex new and existing product ranges • Represent the company at industry Trade Shows and marketing events Requirements: • Minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant Electrical Sales / trade counter experience required • Experience of Electrical trade industry is an advantage • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office • Experience using sales order processing systems would be an advantage • Be open to variation in job role as required i.e. flexibility essential in line with needs of the company • Be a good team player but must also be able to work on own initiative Salary & Remuneration Package negotiable based on experience and potential Applications via email to Deirdre.Byrne@elemex.ie Sanbra Fyffe Ltd., Instantor Works, Santry Avenue, Dublin 9.
