He joined Eastern Electrical in Dublin as Purchasing Manager, later taking on a similar role with OBF Distribution. His experience and leadership saw him progress to General Manager of ICD, part of the Edmundson Electrical Group, before moving into a role as Manager of Edmundson Electrical Dublin. In 2005, Dave co-founded Ledburn Cables with Jack Ledwidge. Together, they built a business that has earned a strong reputation within the industry for service, reliability Ledburn Cables marks the retirement of Dave Blagburn, celebrating a career that has spanned more than four decades and has left a lasting impression across the sector. and trusted customer/supplier relationships. While Dave has decided to retire at the end of this month, he will continue to support Ledburn Cables on a part-time consultancy basis for the foreseeable future.
