We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic Dublin team. Location: Dublin Salary: €Negotiable Hours of Work: Mon to Thu 08:00 to 17:00, Fri 08:00 to 13:00 (39 hours per week) Contract: Permanent, Full time, Office based. Working as part of a busy customer service team, you will be required to provide excellent customer service to all customers, including: • Receiving & placing customer orders • Handling customer complaints coordination & resolution • Processing returns in line with company policy • Logging, investigating and resolving debit notes raised by customers • Liaising with customers to ensure excellent customer service • Liaise with appropriate internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction • Updating schedules • Progress chasing • Highlight any concerns regarding customer care to the Operations Manager Customer Service Representative – The Candidate The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is highly motivated and driven.
