With more than 2,000 volunteer advocates worldwide, Dark Sky International plays a key role in certifying outdoor lighting that reduces light pollution. As more organizations like Chelan County PUD and companies like Glamox take up the mantle of responsible lighting, there is hope that we can reverse the trend of light pollution. Through education, innovation, and commitment, we can all play a part in preserving the darkness of the night sky—a darkness that is essential for life on Earth to thrive. www.glamox.ie
