Established in 1999 by Paul Sammon B.E. (Elec), Profile Emergency Lighting provides a complete emergency lighting service to meet the safety, technical and design service demands of its many customers.

In addition to its own production program the company partners with many leading emergency lighting suppliers such as Mackwell, Tridonic, Liteplan and Olympia Electronics.

They have successfully won several government contracts including the National Children’s Hospital in Dublin and are engaged in ongoing continuous work with the Dublin Airport Authority. In the private sector involvement in projects such as the EXO building, LinkedIn EMEA HQ, Indeed, Facebook, Amazon and Google reflects the high quality, service and standards that they provide.

Profile Emergency Lighting also provide an extensive commissioning and maintenance service. They have over 100 individual maintenance contracts with the Office of Public Works. This includes Garda Stations, Employment Exchanges, and Government Offices nationwide. Commercial installations under their care include emergency lighting installations at Ireland’s leading shopping complex Dundrum Shopping Centre, several medical facilities such as CUH in Cork and a wide range of buildings where emergency lighting is essential.

EMDA is the Electrical Manufacturers and Distributors Association of Ireland. It is a trade association established in 1986 as a representative body of the manufacturers and distributors of electrical equipment in the Republic of Ireland.
