The Irish electrical distributor is set for a major move and the progress on the ground tells its own story.

Demesne Electrical, one of Ireland’s leading B2B electrical distributors, is closing in on the completion of a significant new facility at the Apex Hub on Ballymount Road, Dublin and recent images from the site suggest things are moving quickly.

The building is structurally complete. The exterior of the 29,536 square foot, Grade A warehouse is fully clad, and the loading bay infrastructure is already in place three dock levellers, one euro dock leveller, and two level access doors designed to handle stock movement at a pace and scale that reflects the company’s growing operation.

Inside, fit-out is well underway. Racking has been delivered to site and internal configuration is being finalised a clear sign that the move is no longer a plan on paper but a project in its final stages. For customers familiar with Demesne’s current Dublin branch, the difference in footprint will be immediately apparent.

The Ballymount Road location has been chosen with logistics in mind. Direct access to the M50 at Junction 10 makes it well-positioned for trade customers collecting orders, as well as for Demesne’s own delivery network serving contractors and businesses across the country.

The new facility has been built to a high sustainability standard energy efficiency and responsible design are central to the Apex Hub development as a whole, values that align with Demesne’s stated direction as it continues to grow.

An opening date is expected to be confirmed in the coming months. For a business that has long prided itself on being easy to do business with, the move to Ballymount represents a meaningful upgrade more stock, better infrastructure, and a platform built for the next chapter.
