The Electrical Industry Awards will take place in the Cusack & Ash Suite, Croke Park on Friday, 19 September 2025.

The objective of the EIFI Awards is to acknowledge, reward and promote industry best practice across all sectors of the electrical supply chain, from product manufacture and distribution through to installation and project completion. There is a category for each of the market segments represented by the EIFI membership – AECI, AEW, ECA, EMDA, LAI and NECI – in addition to the President’s Award, the Apprentice of the Year Award and the Lifetime Achievement Award. Details are as follows:

  • Manufacturer/Distributor of the Year Award
  • Wholesaler of the Year Award
  • Lighting Manufacturer/Distributor of the Year Award
  • ECA Contractor of the Year Award
  • AECI Contractor of the Year Award
  • NECI Contractor of the Year Award
  • Innovation Award
  • Apprentice of the Year Award
  • President’s Award
  • Lifetime Achievement Award

Assessment process

Submissions are being sought through the EIFI member associations, after which the Judging Panel of industry experts will assess all entries, select three shortlisted finalists in each category, and then announce the category winners at a gala lunch in the Cusack & Ash Suite in Croke Park, Dublin on Friday, 19 September. All shortlisted nominees will receive a framed certificate with the overall winnerin each category also receiving an engraved trophy.

Category sponsor opportunities

Electric.ie is the overall sponsor for the event. However, each of the award categories can be individually sponsored. In total there are 10 category sponsorship opportunities at €1000 each, and these will be allocated on a first-come basis.

Category sponsors’ Innovation Hub

An additional bonus for category sponsors is that the product they enter into the Innovation Category will also be featured within the designated Innovation Hub which will be located within the Ash Suite exhibition area. Lunch attendees will be encouraged to arrive early to visit this area and to do so immediately after the lunch.

Book your table

The EIFI Electrical Industry Awards lunch presentation will be the highlight of the electrical industry calendar and individual companies can book tables of 10 for €1000. Capacity at the venue is limited to 200 so early booking is essential to guarantee your company’s attendance at this gala occasion.
