- Former VP of Customer Operations for UK and Ireland steps into leadership role

Schneider Electric, the leader in the digital transformation of energy management and automation, has appointed Rhonda Doyle as Country President of Ireland with effect from 1st June 2025.
Rhonda succeeds Chris Collins, who will transition to a new role as Senior Vice President of Digital Buildings in the U.S. beginning 1st July 2025. Based in Dublin, Doyle will lead the Irish business with a focus on accelerating growth through Schneider Electric’s comprehensive suite of energy and automation solutions.
Rhonda joined Schneider Electric in 2021. A seasoned business leader in the Irish market, Rhonda most recently held the post of Vice President of Customer Operations in the UK and Ireland, where she led customer care, satisfaction and quality, business systems, the project management office, and strategies to transform digital experiences for customers. Prior to this, she served as Senior Director of Field Service Operations, gaining valuable experience in the company’s Services division. Rhonda has been instrumental in driving success since joining the company, transforming internal processes, improving performance and service delivery, and fostering strong customer relationships.
