With over one million lamps sold worldwide, US manufacturer Light Efficient Design offers the world’s widest range of site-tested LED HID retrofit solutions.
The company recently opened a UK-based subsidiary including its own warehouse for prompt deliveries to UK/Ireland electrical wholesalers. These are supported by a network of sales agents and in Ireland Dublin-based Marlin Electrical is the appointed representative.
Replacing from 35 – 1000 Watt HIDs, the range includes re-lamping solutions for low bays and high bays for factory, warehouse, retail mall, hotel and office spaces, as well as post tops, bollards and wall packs for exterior floodlighting and walkways.
There are even LED bayonet caps for those hard to replace SOX installations, and replacements for SONs and now defunct Mercury HIDs.
Products are available in 3000K, 4000K and 5700K colour temperatures and unlike many low cost imports, they are fully CE/ROHS tested and certified for use in enclosed fittings. Low maintenance is assured with a 50,000 hour lamp life together with a full five year warranty.
