OEM Demesne Electrical, one of Ireland’s leading B2B electrical distributors, has recently opened its new 34,100 sq. ft. distribution facility at Apex Hub on Ballymount Road, marking a significant investment in the company’s Dublin operation and its future growth.
The new Grade A warehouse represents a major upgrade to Demesne Electrical’s existing Dublin facilities, providing increased capacity, enhanced logistics infrastructure and a more efficient platform to support its expanding customer base.
Location was a key consideration in the development. Situated on Ballymount Road, the facility benefits from direct access to the M50 at Junction 10, providing excellent connectivity for trade customers collecting orders and for Demesne’s delivery network serving contractors and businesses throughout Ireland.
