The job specification for Lighting Controls Engineer to work on multiple medium to high profile projects. Works would
predominantly entail onsite Lighting Controls Commissioning. However, you would also be required to assist the team
with lighting controls designs usually carried out in the Atex Sales/Projects Office. You would be expected to maintain
a high degree of flexibility to support the requirements of the Atex Sales, Project and Service Departments.

• iLight
• Greengate
• Eaton Emergency Lighting EmPro
• Mackwell Emergency Lighting EmPro
• KNX
• Dali Emergency Lighting testing & Monitoring
Job Role and Responsibilities
• On site Lighting Controls Commissioning on Large Scale Projects
• Complete Design Requirements for Lighting Control Systems
• Capable of Working with Major Contractors on Large Scale Sites
• Documentation of Requirements and Creating of Reports
• Understanding and Capable of Carrying out Integration with other Systems
• Capable of Creating a Quote for Systems & Equipment
• Understanding of Profit & Margins
Required Software Skills
• iLIGHT iCANsoft Software
• ETS KNX Software
• Autocad Drawing Skills
• Dialux/Relux Simulation Skills
• IT skills, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook,etc)
Manufacturing training will be provided.
