Electric Underfloor Heating
If you are considering an upgrade of the bathroom think about improving the comfort of the experience by installing electric underfloor heating. It is unbelievably comfortable in the winter mornings and makes it easier to get out of bed. It is energy efficient and can be controlled by the Heatstat digital thermostat. The mat sizes start at just 1.0 m and will suit any bathroom. Our technical team can do a heating design to ensure the correct mats are installed.
Mirror Demister
A mirror demister is not important until you have one and you will wonder how you coped without it. It clears the mist from the mirror immediately so it is ready for you to put your make up on or have a shave. Mirror demisters are easy and inexpensive to install and operate with the light switch.
Electric Towel Radiator
An electric towel radiator offers you the comfort factor of a warm towel for after your shower. They come in various sizes to suit any location in the bathroom. Easy to control with a time clock to suit your lifestyle.
Ventilation
Many bathrooms have a fan that makes noise but unfortunately is not very efficient at clearing the moisture. The relative humidity caused by showering in a bathroom can cause a lot of damage to walls and tiles. Installing the correct fan to extract this moisture is very important, particularly if the air is to be ducted any distance. Speak to the ATC technical team to advise on the correct fan for the job.
Instantaneous Water Heating
It is now becoming more regular to install an instantaneous water heater for the sink in the bathroom. Instead of drawing stored hot water from a tank the instantaneous water heater provides instant hot water when required. It is neat and compact and takes up little space. This ensures a very energy efficient way of heating and using hot water.
