Knowledge sharing, innovation and networking take centre stage during international visit.
Euro Sales recently welcomed a distinguished delegation from Fegime Finland and the Baltic region for a productive day of collaboration, networking and cultural exchange in Dublin.
The visiting group, led by Dennis Belajevs, arrived at Euro Sales’ Barrow Road headquarters at 10am, where they were greeted with coffee, pastries and warm Irish hospitality. The relaxed opening session provided an ideal opportunity for introductions and informal discussions before the day’s business agenda commenced.
Following the welcome reception, Barry Doran delivered a presentation on Euro Sales, outlining the company’s development, market position and future ambitions. The visitors gained valuable insights into the organisation’s operations and its ongoing commitment to serving customers throughout Ireland.
Fegime Ireland Administrator Michelle Lynch then presented an overview of Fegime Ireland, highlighting the benefits of collaboration within the international Fegime network. Her presentation demonstrated the strength of the partnership model and the opportunities created through shared expertise and cooperation across member countries.

The morning sessions generated a lively exchange of ideas, experiences and best practices. Delegates discussed challenges and opportunities within their respective markets, creating an atmosphere of mutual learning and collaboration.
One of the standout presentations came from Finland’s Petri Koskinen, who spoke about his company’s new fully automated warehouse. The extensive use of robotics and automation technologies illustrated how efficiency, accuracy and productivity are being enhanced throughout the operation. Representatives from Latvia also shared their experiences of integrating AI into their businesses, explaining how streamlined processes and shared systems were delivering significant operational efficiencies.
As discussions continued, local caterers provided a working lunch, encouraging further conversation and relationship-building among attendees. Guests were also introduced to some of Ireland’s favourite refreshments, with Tayto crisps and Club Orange proving particularly popular.
Following lunch, the delegation toured the Euro Sales warehouse facilities, gaining first-hand insight into the scale of the operation and the systems supporting the company’s extensive customer base. The visit prompted further discussion around warehouse management, stock control and future technological developments within the industry.
Back in the boardroom, the atmosphere became more relaxed as a couple of bottles of Irish whiskey were opened and enjoyed by the group. Corporate gifts were exchanged, symbolising the strong relationships and mutual respect that continue to flourish within the Fegime family.
The business programme was followed by a cultural itinerary that included a visit to the Guinness Storehouse, where delegates learned about one of Ireland’s most famous exports while enjoying panoramic views of the city. A walk through Dublin’s historic streets followed, taking in many of the capital’s notable landmarks.
The day concluded with dinner at Salamanca, where conversations continued in a relaxed setting. Celebrations then moved to Café En Seine, rounding off a memorable day of friendship, collaboration and shared success.
The visit served as a reminder of the value of international cooperation within the Fegime network. Through open dialogue, knowledge sharing and strong personal connections, the event strengthened relationships and laid the foundations for future collaboration between Euro Sales and its colleagues from Finland and the Baltic region.
