Paul Fitzsimons, Sales Director of Demesne Electrical said “We wish to thank the customers over the years for their loyal support, the three of us are delighted to be continuing to grow Demesne Electrical. An opportunity for fundamental change stands in front of us not because we have been lacking, but because we have been successful. We are ready to embrace this opportunity not because we fear the future, but because it excites us. What will emerge will still be Demesne Electrical, bigger better and with more opportunities for all”.

Jörgen Zahlin, President and CEO of OEM International said “Demesne, which has been active since 1977, enjoys a very strong position in the Irish market. Their business model fits well into OEM and through this acquisition, we will have access to new opportunities in a new and very interesting market.
